Reflection Sunday New Years 2026

This past Sunday Emily McCall invited us to dive into the profoundly important practice of reflecting with God, also known as the spiritual practice of examen. She shared her own story to highlight that the examen isn't what you might think and taught the Biblical reasons why it grows our ability to see and hear from God. At the end, she provided some time for a simple but powerful guided reflection on the Christmas break.
