What is a Solitude Retreat??
A solitude retreat is a time to get away from the noise and the demands of daily life—and spend some quiet, quality time alone with God. It is a chance for God to bless you, speak to you, and let you know more of what he’s thinking. It’s a time to pray, worship, and reconnect with our life-giving God.
The weekend will also include a little bit of (optional) teaching and optional opportunities to share about your experiences one-on-one or in a group. Of course, you can bring your Bible or other books, your personal music, your journal, go walking around the grounds, and find other ways to connect with God that work for you.
